I WAS WATCHING VIDEO SOUL ON BET WHEN THIS VIDEO PREMIERED. I REMEMBER THINKING "OH HERE WE GO, ANOTHER RUN OF THE MILL R&B ARTIST." HOWEVER, AS SOON AS I HEAD THE "HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW, HOW" INTRO, I WAS INSTANTLY HYPNOTIZED. THIS SONG WOULD BECOME ONE OF MY LATE AUNT BLANCA'S FAVORITE TUNE. I REMEMBER WATCHING HER CRY AS SHE WOULD PLAY THIS SONG. I MISS HER SO BUT HER MEMORY IS ALIVE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I PLAY THIS SONG.

Lisa Fischer is one of THE most talented and gift vocalist out there. Shame that the Grammy Award winning song didn't produce a major hit nor contribute to her lasting success within the music charts. She has though continued singing backup etc STUNNING song and one of my all time favorites. Thanks for posting.
